What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
  • Proficiency in the Property Occupations Act relevant to property management
  • Familiarity with the Agents Financial Administration Act pertaining to property management
  • Ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Office Of Fair Trading Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver’s license


Strategic Work:


  • Supervise operations to ensure our clients (lessors) fulfil their tenancy law obligations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key account owners, establishing enduring alliances
  • Resolve issues comprehensively to the satisfaction of clients and customers

Tactical Work:


  • Monitor rent payments daily
  • Keep a close eye on breaches of tenancy agreements
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients and tenants during the exit process and bond disbursements
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs to properties
  • Provide market-leading leasing advice to clients
  • Facilitate negotiation and mediation processes to minimise court proceedings
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
