What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
Proficiency in the Property Occupations Act relevant to property management
Familiarity with the Agents Financial Administration Act pertaining to property management
Ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Office Of Fair Trading Certificate of Registration
A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Strategic Work:

Supervise operations to ensure our clients (lessors) fulfil their tenancy law obligations
Act as the primary point of contact for key account owners, establishing enduring alliances
Resolve issues comprehensively to the satisfaction of clients and customers

Tactical Work:

Monitor rent payments daily
Keep a close eye on breaches of tenancy agreements
Coordinate and liaise with clients and tenants during the exit process and bond disbursements
Arrange maintenance and repairs to properties
Provide market-leading leasing advice to clients
Facilitate negotiation and mediation processes to minimise court proceedings
Represent clients in court proceedings
