You will also receive updates at each stage of the work order – from start to finish. Our leasing department operates in a very similar way. You will be notified at each stage of the process to ensure you know we are providing you with the very best of service.
Our unique maintenance systems allows us to complete maintenance requests in 4 days on average, all while keeping tenants, property owners and tradespeople fully informed. *The industry average turnaround for repairs is nearly 3 weeks.

Monthly Reports
Each month we will provide you with a accounts statement detailing the rent and expenses for your property. The report will also include any invoices for the month.

Property Inspections
We conduct property inspections every 3 – 4 months depending on your agreement with us. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure the tenant is looking after your investment property and to identify any safety or maintenance issues. All of our Property Managers conduct these inspections using iPads and will email or post you a colour report with photos and comments attached for each area.

Property Safety Inspections
We offer all of our owners the option of performing an independent property safety report for a discounted rate. Being able to identify safe issues before they are a problem potentially saves you future liability issues. A trained professional will inspect your property and identify any risks or hazards that may need to be addressed and provided you with a details report and what action should be taken.

Marketing
Your property will be promoted extensively online. We don’t rely on any one website to attract interest. Our website is desktop and mobile “friendly”, making it easy for tenants to source information. Of course we advertise extensively across all major real estate portals and to our 38 year old customer database.

Online Booking System
Prospective tenants are able to book an inspection time using our highly popular and sophisticated online booking system. This system creates inspection times 10 days in advance and alerts prospective tenants of changes and updates via SMS and email. As an owner, you’ll receive feedback from the inspection straight after it happens and we’ll be able to keep you informed of the bookings being made.
