You'll sit at the centre of our leasing process, helping tenants find the right home and supporting our property management team. Some people enjoy focusing on leasing and client service. Others discover a passion for growing our portfolio. This role gives you the chance to develop either path.

Leasing and client service

Run inspections, guide applicants through the process and keep our rental portfolio running smoothly.

Portfolio growth and sales

Identify new property management clients, support landlord enquiries and take on sales work as your interests develop.

What you'll be doing

Leasing, sales support and business development.

Leasing

Conducting property inspections and viewings
Assisting prospective tenants with enquiries and applications
Supporting vacancy management across our rental portfolio
Working closely with our property management team

Sales support

Hosting inspections for properties listed for sale
Assisting with buyer enquiries and follow-ups
Supporting sales campaigns as required

Business development

As you grow into it

Assisting with landlord enquiries
Identifying potential new property management clients
Supporting activities that grow our rent roll

What we're looking for

Good people skills and a professional approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, professional manner with clients
Good organisation and attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude
An interest in real estate and property
A current driver's licence

Licensing

You don't need a Certificate of Registration to apply. However, you must hold one before your start date.

Real estate experience is helpful but not essential.

Your first 12 months

A clear path from learning our systems to owning your work.

First 3 months Get to know our portfolio, systems and leasing process while working alongside our property management team.

3–6 months Take ownership of leasing activities, including inspections, enquiries and vacancy management.

6–12 months Expand your role based on your strengths, whether that's business development, sales support, or leasing and client service.
