Keys for after-hours collection are left in a lockbox at the rear of our office.
Our office is located at 60 Old Cleveland Road, Stones Corner. At the rear of the building is the car park area. You will notice an area of undercover parking under the elevated section of the building.
On the rear wall of this undercover car park area (near the Mitsubishi air conditioning compressor unit and to the right of the door with the ADT Security sign) you'll find three lockboxes side by side, labelled A, B and C.
Use the 4-digit code provided to open the lockbox specified. Turn the dials to match the code, then press down the lever.
During office hours, keys can be returned to our reception area.
After hours, keys can be returned via our key return box, located to the left of the main building entrance. Please do not attempt to return keys to the lockbox, as the codes are changed regularly.
